A Chat Over Tea To Coexist
If I could have a chat with humanity,
Perhaps, over biscuits and tea,
I would like to learn and ask her to teach me,
What does it mean
to coexist.
I want to learn to coexist with nature.
do i speak to the trees and stop using paper?
reuse and recycle and save things for later?
because nature is cleaner, healthier and safer.
I want to learn to coexist with wildlife.
do i sing with the birds and stop hunting their kind?
Avoid using poisonous chemicals outside?
because animals also need to survive.
Let us to learn to coexist with others,
to keep your peace and not cause a bother,
to adapt and learn to love all your brothers,
because it is not that hard to live with each other.
Perhaps I must first learn how to coexist with myself.
I used to feel like I was a mess,
But now I know where lies my strength,
Humanity has taught me to coexist.
Let us all learn to coexist.
