Flowers of desire
Between the lines of poetry
Line by line in the notebook We plant
Rain of empathy that falls
With eternal thunder of affection
On these words of the heart
Hundreds of sweet books
Will grow

Plant these fruits of life
In gardens of the mind
One day from each
Grow a palm tree
Durable and green

باران همدلی

گلهای آرزو را
در لابلای شعر
در سطر سطر دفتر
می کاریم

باران همدلی که ببارد
با تابشِ همیشگی مهر
بر این حروف دل
صدها کتاب شیرین
می روید

این میوه های جان را
در باغ های ذهن بکارید
روزی ز هرکدام
نخلی ستبر و سبز بروید.
