At the moment, there are about 7.1 billion visitors on earth

• More than 60% are dissatisfied with board and lodging.

• More than 90% complain about the weather.

• More than 60% wish for a better entertainment programme.

• More than 50% are irritated by the large number of fellow travellers.

• More than 10% prefer single rooms.

• About 0.1% are in separate accommodation after violating the code of conduct.

• More than 7% see the proximity to children, beggars and handicapped people as decreasing the value of their sojourn.

• More than 50% consider tipping as unnecessary.

• Nearly 100% purchase souvenirs that they cannot take with them.

• More than 80% doubt the competency of the management.

• More than 70% judge security measures as insufficient.

• More than 30% would choose a different destination next time round.

• More than 40% expect compensation from the travel company.

• Fewer than 0.01% terminate their stay before its completion.

· Ungefähr 0,1% sind wegen Verstössen gegen Verhaltensregeln gesondert untergebracht.

· Mehr als 7% sehen die Nähe zu Kindern, Bettlern und Behinderten als Wertminderung.

· Mehr als 50% halten Trinkgelder für unnötig.

· Nahezu 100% erwerben Andenken, die sie nicht mitnehmen können.

· Mehr als 80% zweifeln an der Kompetenz der Reiseleitung.

· Mehr als 70% beurteilen die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen als unzureichend.

· Mehr als 30% würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Reiseziel wählen.

· Mehr als 40% erwarten eine Entschädigung durch den Veranstalter.

· Weniger als 0,01% brechen ihren Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab.
