AlHanouf Mohammed is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Executive Office and member of the UAE Writers Union. Her many published works include books on poetry titled Samawat, Judran, Reeh Youssef and The Road to Japan.

She has represented the UAE in many forums including the Gulf Poetry Forum, The Writers Union, Cultural Week and numerous Arab Writer’s Conferences.

AlHanouf Mohammed has been conferred a special award and recognized as a leading Emirati poet by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
