Dr. Shihab Ghanem is a renowned Emirati poet who has received numerous awards and accolades for his poetry, translation of foreign works into Arabic and many literary honours. Dr. Shihab Ghanem has been the founding and pioneer inspiration for The Poetic Heart along with SGI Gulf. The event has grown over the years and many poets across the world have been connected to the event with the efforts of Dr. Shiham Ghanem and SGI-Gulf.
