Azzedine Mihoubi, born in 1959. He is an Algerian writer, poet, novelist and scenarist. He has worked in media for more than three decades.  Has taken many administrative and political positions, parliamentary deputy, CEO of Algerian radio , CEO of the National Library, and minister of Communication & culture.  He has published more than forty books in poetry, novels and theater.  Also, has  received many international awards and honors.
