Dr. Mohamed Sabeel is a Sudanese poet from UAE. He has completed his PHD in Economy. He is currently working as an editor in chief for Emirates Tomorrow, a new magazine issued by Emirates Association for Strategic Planning .

He is a member of the Union of Journalist in Sudan and the Union of Arab journalists. He has worked as the main Editor for the Department of Culture of Bayan newspaper. He is also the Founder, Chairman and General Manager of the Concepts company; he was the owner of “Alan” political newspaper in Khartoum. He has worked as an editor in Gulf newspaper, Sharjah. He has also worked as a teacher of Arabic and English language in private schools of Sudan.

He received his first poetry Award from the Union of Writers and Writers of the Emirates in 1993. He has also received “The Ghanem Ghobash Award” in the category of short stories.

He has written four poetry books: High Like the Inspiration of Heartbreak, Only He Who’s High Like the Mountain, The Forty Trail.
