Sheikha Al Mutairi is a widely renowned Arabic and international poet living in the UAE. One of her many poems, titled I hide my worries, was recited at the Dubai International Poetry Festival. She has participated in several poetry events such as Arab Youth Poetry Festival in Bahrain and Al Shariqa Arab Poetry Symposium.

Sheikha Al Mutairi earned a degree in Arabic language and literature from the Islamic and Arabic college, a higher diploma in Arabic and is currently studying for her Master’s degree at Thamar University. She works as Head of the National Heritage Department in Juma’a Al Majed for Culture and Heritage. She also forms part of a poetry panel on MBC’s program, titled Words’ Passion.
