Everyday worries are never-ending,

Problems plague our time.

Every day something taps on your shoulder,

Never going away.

Yet we wake up everyday,

Believing today we will start new.

Yet we try everyday,

Believing today we will come through.

We think we are powerless,

We think we are weak.

But our greatest strength is our spirit,

Because we wake up everyday.

We persist, we believe, we hope,

We find it hard to cope.

Yet we wake up everyday,

Yet we continue to stay.

We may look weak,

We may look powerless,

But our greatest strength is our spirit,

Because its invincible,

Because it makes us wake up everyday.
