Different
We tailor suits for others and paint them in different colors.
We view them based on stereotypes and mock what they believe and honor.
We create a society filled with sadness, pain and rumors;
We, who are we? Does it make a difference to know who we are?
Do you hear the cries of those hurt and oppressed?
Sometimes it’s better to just stop and listen.
It’s not only to you that this problem is addressed,
It’s not only to you that this problem will be a burden.
So what should we do? Wait for it to disappear?
Afraid to act now because of what we fear?
This stirring problem can never change itself,
So I invite you to stand up and accept yourself.
The message is to appreciate their difference;
Not minding others’ difference, will make a difference.
Just be brave and break the roaring current,
and thank yourself, for you make a change and you are different.
