Manar Bilal is a student of Grade eleven in Almawakeb School. She has been studying in the school, since kindergarten. She is proud to be a student of this school.
She loves to read, write, and draws. Through these hobbies she expresses herself. She uses poetry to portray her thoughts. In the poem ‘Folded Prayer’, she expresses the thoughts generated from her heart and mind.

فمُك يتَحرّكُ ولا ينطق
يقولون: حريات، ثوراتٌ ..انقلابات
يعظّمون سيّئاتٍ.. يُمَجِّدون طيّاراتٍ.. ودبّاباتْ
صندوقٌ أسودُ وشاشةٌ فارِغةْ
عقلٌ صامِتٌ وروحٌ ضائعة
استيقظْ من غفْلتِك
طاَل نومُك… أكْثَرَ من حاجتِك

About the School
Al Mawakeb schools are managed by AMSI and provide a comprehensive university preparatory education to students of all backgrounds and nationalities.
